Terms & Conditions of shopping with Angel Childrenswear ©

 

By placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the Terms and Conditions written below.At Angel Childrenswear we comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and also the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

  a). All prices are shown in GBP £ sterling and we only sell to the UK, Ireland, BFPO addresses and the Channel Islands at this present moment in time.

  b). Delivery charges are stated in the Shipping and Returns section of this site and are subject to change at any time in accordance to the UK postal system. Delivery is within 3-5 working days (please allow longer if there is a strike). Your signature may be required. If you are not in when delivery is made and a card is posted through your door it is your responsibility to go to the local Post Office to pick up the order. If your order is not picked up and is returned to us we will email you and if you still want the order you will have to pay another delivery fee. We always receive proof of posting for every order sent via the UK postal system.

  c).All products are subject to availability-if you see a product you would like to purchase but it is not in stock please email us at Rebeccaadams1@aol.com  and we will be able to inform you if or when it will be in stock again and you will receive a personal email from us before the product goes live onto our website so you, our customer, get first priority.

  d). All orders must be paid for prior to despatch, either by PayPal using a credit/debit card or by sending a postal order or cheque, made payable to "R. Adams"   with your contact details on the back. Once payment for your cheque has cleared your order will be delivered to you. An email will be sent to you to verify despatch date, time and expected date of delivery to your address. If a cheque is returned a returns fee will be charged to you. If our order and pick-up service from our Trowbridge address is used we only accept CASH.

  e). If you are not happy with your purchase please return the product, in it's original packaging and in a re-saleable condition , to us with the Returns Reason form stating a refund or exchange and reason, for our reference. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a refund is requested it will be returned to you the same way you paid us (e.g. you paid by PayPal- it will be returned via PayPal). If you do return items the returns fee must be payable by you.

  f). At Angel Childrenswear we will never discuss or disclose any of your information to a third party, in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998 although we cannot be held responsible if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data when accessing or ordering. PayPal use Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt all data given to them.As your order is processed by PayPal we at Angel Childrenswear do not have access to your financial information at all. 

 g). Angel Childrenswear has a seperate agreement with the hostesses who hold the parties for us so all terms and conditions are set out for the hostesses in their own agreement.

  h). All Copyrights and Trademarks of products we sell belong to their respective owners. We do not claim to own the copyright or trademark of any product.
